Hi, i'm SoftDev and this are my learning with Pet Game

this game has been a reqal challenge to make, it's by far one of my most ambitious projects, and one that i will not forget. all that can be seen in this game has been made by me, every sound every pixel every mechanic, and this is the first time that i have done something like this, usually i resort to using music made by others, though this time i was ambitious and when i heard the theme i was ready i decided to make a game where the player had no real consequence, he could do whatever he wanted, compleatly free to make his decisions and free of any block. though the second day of development i was sick and sick i remaind for an entire week, i couldn't make much work is only on the next days were i took my pc to bed and continued working on this game. i feel in love with the concept, the art and the music. the music in particular came by itself it was an amzing experience working on this game. i worked on it day after day almost without breaks. but enough of good thing let's talk about bad stuff, i fear the game might be a bit boring in the beginning and maybe feel rushed in the end, this is like this because even though i loved the early stages of development, i was kinda tired of it the last days, that is because of play testing. i playtested this game to death and rest assured i kept count. 43 times. it's a fun game but when you play it 43 times, it's not as fun, the reason why i playtested this game so much is because i have a fear of bugs. in fact i wanted top rush thye game in to a playable state and then add features if i could. anyways even though this was the hardest project i have ever had, i had almost no problemns overcoming challenges, except for a fun bug, the cat moonwalked!, it took an entire day, to find a little checkbox left marked... i hate checkboxes. Anyways i finally feel acomplished for what i've made, and feel like i've hit off the park music and innovation, and made really big progress under the art cathegory, while the gameplay is by design minimal and the theme has not been a focal point of my game, i feel really good about this jam.
